Orders

You can place an order through our website or mobile app. Simply browse our menu, add items to your cart, choose your pickup or delivery option, and complete the checkout process. You will receive a confirmation email and SMS once your order is confirmed.
You can modify or cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it. After that, the order enters preparation and cannot be changed. To modify or cancel, go to "My Orders" in your account and select the order you wish to change.
Once your order is confirmed, you can track its status in real-time through the "Orders" section of your account. You will also receive SMS updates at each stage: order received, preparing, ready for pickup, or out for delivery.

Delivery

Our delivery hours vary by location, but generally we deliver from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. You can check the specific delivery hours for your area during checkout.
Delivery fees depend on your location and typically range from HK$15 to HK$35. Orders over HK$200 qualify for free delivery in most areas. The exact delivery fee will be shown at checkout.
Delivery typically takes 30-45 minutes depending on your location and order complexity. During peak hours, delivery may take up to 60 minutes. You will see an estimated delivery time during checkout.

Payment

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayMe, Octopus, and cash on delivery for certain locations.
Yes, all online payments are processed through secure, encrypted connections. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and partner with trusted payment processors. We never store your complete card details.
Yes, a digital receipt is automatically sent to your email after each order. You can also view and download receipts from your order history in your account.

Membership

You earn 1 point for every HK$10 spent on orders. Points are automatically credited to your account after your order is completed. Bonus points may be earned during special promotions.
We have three membership tiers: Bronze (0-499 points), Silver (500-1999 points), and Gold (2000+ points). Higher tiers unlock better rewards, exclusive offers, and priority customer service.
You can redeem points for discounts during checkout. 100 points = HK$10 off. Go to checkout, select "Apply Points", and choose how many points to redeem.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours. For quality issues, we offer a full refund or replacement. For other issues, we will review each case individually and work with you to find a fair solution.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and bank - typically 5-10 business days.
Please contact us immediately if your order is incorrect or arrives damaged. Take photos of the issue and reach out through our app, website, or phone. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
